Autumn and winter remind us of the need to rest, tuck in, restore our selves and our energy. These seasons are a time to remember that all living beings need rest. Unfortunately, society often tells us that rest is not an option, that there some sort of badge of honor for driving ourselves into the ground, for pushing through when we are exhausted, and spent. Whether your exhaustion is physical, mental, or emotional, you deserve to rest. Rest is a basic human need. Rest is a basic need of every living thing.

Unfortunately, so often, our brains are so well trained to be "ON" at all times, it is challenging to quiet them, to rest, to sleep, or just take a moment to ponder our lives, or the beauty of the moment. Ever present smart phones, social media, streaming services and the internet are so alluring, that even if we have a few moments of downtime, they attract our attention and keep our brain on "GO" mode. They are designed this way. These products and services are designed to keep our attention, to keep us glued to our screens and to keep our brains actively engaged, and even addicted to these technologies.

Partly because of this constant "GO" mode, so many people are experiencing symptoms of stress, overwhelm, or even anxiety these days. The problem isn’t you!

We all know these are unprecedented times…and I am here to help!

I'm excited to be offering a new class to learn to connect to your heart, center yourself, and improve relationships!

During this class, I will teach you to tap into a place deep within your heart, to help you create your own feelings of peace, healing, calm, joy and even LOVE. ON DEMAND.

Beginning December 2, I will be offering a 4 week course to introduce you to the HeartMath system and Inner Balance app, so that you can learn ways to improve mood, reduce anxiety, improve sleep, increase energy, and have more control over your feelings.

  • When: Friday mornings 10 - 11 am EST, starting December 2, for 4 weeks.
  • Where: Group sessions are virtual, log in from the comfort of your home, watch the replay if you can't be there live.
